Channelling the wild beauty of the Northern countryside, Borealis play original compositions penned during the lockdown by guitarist Joe Steels, based on his experience living in Cumbria and Northumberland. Guitarist JoeSteels brings together musicians from across the North to perform music that fuses elements of folk, rock and contemporary jazz, taking inspiration from British musicians such as Mike Walker and Nikki Iles.
